All right so far (after a week or two). It’s a very big change from plastic or wood. A change from thickness to thinness, and in handlability. (Which is why I’ve kept my old wooden one as a basis, having binned my plastic ones). I find myself picking up the two new titanium ones gingerly because of their unfamiliar thinness, sliding them across the wooden one until an edge protrudes beyond one end so that I can lift it easily. Washing the titanium is no problem, whether under a tap or in soapy water, though like all titanium products it does need to be dried with a towel, rather than left to drip dry, to avoid risk of marks. Happy so far. Knives don’t seem to be suffering at all.

I rarely leave a review.We bought the 3-Piece setThey are of a rigid, heavy-duty quality.Medium and small ones are perfect-sized.(We won't need or use the biggest one often).They are heavy and potentially sharp-edged.Like any metal kitchen utensil, care is needed during use.Like stainless steel surfaces, expect these to scratch up right away.Sarcasm:But so what - any cutting mat will scratch. Knives do that.If you plan to display them, don't use them for cutting anything.Maybe leave the blue plastic on them as well.-Dishwasher safe and I think they're a great price.-During use, I put a few drops of under the mat to reduce countertop sliding - it helps.-We find it's easier to drain most water off our food first - these mats do shed moisture easily.If you're still reading, these will likely do you fine.I always prefer quality to price, and I really like these.These are likely the last mats we'll need.So much better than plastic or wood.I'm really fussy. This took over an hour.Now you know why I leave so few reviews :)

Ordered the large cutting board, quite happy with it. Should have ordered two in retrospect. Then ordered the small in a second order. Smooth process and excellent product. And received a free water bottle with both orders, good to have extra around to bring to work.
